Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can connect customer needs, product capabilities and market opportunities to strengthen our positioning, sharpen our propositions, and accelerate adoption across our portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps), you’ll join our newly established Revenue Operations & Commercial Strategy team, working alongside Business Intelligence, Marketing Automation & AI and Commercial Enablement. Together, we’re building a connected, data-driven revenue engine across Sales and Marketing.
We are open to on-site, hybrid, and remote working within two time zones of our offices (CET).
About Us Our group brings together three European software brands that help organisations earn and use data with trust: Cookie Information for consent management; Piwik PRO for privacy-by-design analytics and data activation; and Sheltr for reliably finding personal data in internal data sources.
Headquartered in Copenhagen with an office in Wrocław, our team of 180 people have been building trusted data solutions since 2011. We work with companies and marketing teams across various industries that take control of their data model, including some of the most data-sensitive clients in healthcare, finance, energy & utilities, and the public sector. We are proud that our clients rely on us to meet GDPR and EU data residency requirements across EMEA and the US, as this regulatory depth is hard to build and replicate. We believe compliance and performance are not opposites. Consented data, auditable analytics and full visibility of personal data belong to one data journey; together they form a foundation that marketing, IT, legal and the C-level can rely on.
Our journey is to move from a regulation-driven house of brands to one unified company with a clear point of view. We are creating a new category around this complete data journey, and together we are building an enterprise-ready, data-driven revenue engine led by thought leadership. Want to join us on this journey? Keep reading to find out how you can help shape this with us.
The Role
You’ll work where Product, Marketing and Sales intersect, turning customer and market insight into commercial impact, accelerating adoption and growth across the portfolio. You’ll help us define who we serve, why our products stand out and how we bring their value to market. Combining analytical thinking, creativity and commercial judgement, you’ll shape positioning, lead go-to-market execution and equip our teams to communicate value and win customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks across products, customer segments and markets.
- Refining ICPs, buyer personas and segmentation using CRM data, customer interviews, win/loss analysis, product usage and competitive intelligence.
- Driving GTM and launch strategies for new products, features and portfolio changes, from audience definition and launch narratives to sales enablement and success metrics.
- Building a structured market/customer feedback loop to identify customer needs, adoption barriers and market opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations for Product and commercial teams.
- Partnering with RevOps and Commercial Enablement to equip Sales, Account Management and Customer Success with compelling messaging, customer proof and objection handling.
- Contributing evidence and customer data to make pricing, packaging, and commercial proposition decisions.
About You You’re a commercially minded product marketer who enjoys turning complex products and customer insights into clear propositions that drive action. You combine analytical thinking with creativity, take ownership and know how to bring people along with a compelling story.
You bring:
- Experience in SaaS product marketing, with a track record of developing positioning and executing go-to-market strategies.
- A background in digital technology or software, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of SaaS pricing models, packaging and proposition development.
- Hands-on experience with customer research, win/loss analysis, segmentation and competitive intelligence.
- Confidence using CRM data, product analytics and sales metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact….
