About the Opportunity

We are building an innovative, technology-driven startup focused on creating meaningful digital solutions in the education and child development sector.

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Technical Co-Founder who can take ownership of technology development and help transform an early-stage idea into a scalable product.

This is not a traditional employment opportunity. It is a chance to become a founding partner and build a company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and product development.

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications.

• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and databases.

• Develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate on product planning, features, and user experience.

• Manage technical infrastructure and future development.

• Participate in startup strategy, funding discussions, and long-term growth.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter or React Native.

• Experience with mobile application development.

• Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Firebase, or Supabase).

• Understanding of databases, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Git and version control.

• Ability to independently build and launch an MVP.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience building or launching mobile applications.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security.

• Interest in EdTech and child development.

• Experience with startup projects or early-stage product development.
