We are looking for an innovative, creative, and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team! The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation, visual storytelling, graphic design, and digital media production. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animated visuals, and dynamic digital content that communicate ideas effectively and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital platforms.

• Create animated advertisements, promotional videos, social media graphics, and corporate presentations.

• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences based on creative briefs.

• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to deliver creative projects.

• Design animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and interactive graphic elements.

• Create 2D animations, infographics, explainer videos, and branded motion content.

• Apply visual storytelling principles to communicate complex information in an engaging way.

• Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and creative direction.

• Edit and enhance video content using animation, compositing, and visual effects techniques.

• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Review and refine animations based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.

• Organize project files, design assets, animation resources, and production materials.

• Stay updated on animation technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or in a similar creative role.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other creative software is an advantage.

• Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual design.

• Experience creating 2D animations, animated graphics, and digital visual effects.

• Strong creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to translate creative concepts and marketing requirements into visual designs.

• Understanding of video formats, animation rendering, and digital media requirements.

• Strong time-management and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and visual design projects is preferred.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
