8-10 years of hands-on technology experience of leading a team of 3 - 6 members, working with global stakeholders and having the right problem solving attitude

Must have software development experience. Require hands-on experience in Pro*C,PL/SQL,Oracle Forms, Oracle SQL,UNIX (Solaris) and C-Shell

Additionally, the experience in JAVA/J2EE programming, web services, Spring boot, Agile/ Scrum methodology and PERL programming is desired.

Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience

Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.

Should have led a team of 3-6 team members working on the above technologies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to drive technical leadership, delivery excellence, and modernization across the Plan Hub ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, improve platform reliability, and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across React UI, Spring Boot APIs, and AWS cloud services.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own sprint commitments and maintain strong delivery predictability.
• Drive platform reliability, observability, and production support readiness.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development velocity and code quality.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with automation for performance, security, and quality checks.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Architects, QA, FSA, and Business stakeholders for solution alignment.

Required Technical Skills

• Java (11+/21), Spring Boot, RESTful API development
• React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Microservices architecture and secure API design
• AWS (ECS/EKS, SQS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Unit testing, automation collaboration, and production support experience
