Right now, we’re hiring a Creator Manager (TikTok Shop & Social) at an early-stage company helping beauty and wellness brands grow through TikTok Shop creators.
📍 London, hybrid
💰 £30k+, plus equity
There’s no creator team yet, so you’ll build the function from scratch with the founder.
What you’ll do:
- Write one-page creator briefs from brand guidelines and TikTok trends
- Find, negotiate with and sign creators who fit each brand
- Track every post’s sales impact and recommend what gets paid amplification
Is this you?
- A track record running creator or affiliate programmes on TikTok Shop or Instagram
- Can write briefs creators read to the end, and give brands honest feedback
- No degree needed: we care about what you’ve made and grown, not where you studied.
