Right now, we’re hiring an Operations & Data Manager at an influencer marketing agency that works with D2C health and wellness brands.

📍 London, hybrid

💰 £45-55k

You’ll build the systems and processes that let the agency scale profitably, as the founder’s operational right hand. You’ll own how deals hand over to delivery, how campaigns stay healthy and how the data is kept accurate.

What you’ll do:

• Own the handover from signed deal to live campaign
• Run a campaign health system with early-warning signals
• Track client profitability and team capacity, and flag drift early

Is this you?

• 3-5 years in agency operations, delivery or account management
• Agency-side experience required; influencer or creator marketing agency is ideal
• Commercial mindset, sharp with spreadsheets and data, and literate in AI and automation
