Right now, we’re hiring a Business Operations Manager at a high-growth fintech scaleup building payments and financial tools for small, physical merchants.

📍 London, hybrid

💰 £60-65k

The company already serves over 100,000 merchants across 7 markets. You’ll be a generalist operator working with the Head of Operations on problems that cut across collections, support, onboarding and retention.

What you’ll do:

• Own cross-team projects end to end, from scope to measurement
• Fix broken processes and build trackers and dashboards for leadership
• Build workflow automations using Zapier, Slack workflows and Claude Code

Is this you?

• 3+ years in startup operations, founding team roles, consulting or fintech ops
• Track record of building and shipping tools and automations on your own
• Strong written communication, and able to influence without formal authority
