AI Chat Generalist | $30/Hour (Remote)

Hirely is recruiting qualified candidates on behalf of one of our hiring partner, for a remote AI Chat Generalist opportunity supporting the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI assistants.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who regularly use AI chat assistants and have strong English communication skills. You will evaluate AI assistants on realistic everyday personal and professional tasks, assess their responses, and provide feedback to help improve AI systems. No specific professional background or minimum years of experience are required.

What You’ll Do:

• Write short, realistic requests based on everyday personal or professional tasks.
• Interact with AI assistants over multiple conversation turns.
• Guide the assistant by providing additional information and answering follow-up questions.
• Challenge incorrect or incomplete responses and assess how the assistant handles feedback.
• Evaluate the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-generated responses.
• Rate the overall experience and final deliverables against professional standards.
• Write concise feedback explaining what went well and what could be improved.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals who use AI chat assistants such as ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Candidates comfortable evaluating AI-generated responses.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Good critical-thinking and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented individuals who can provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and follow project guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• No minimum years of professional experience required.
• Must use AI assistants at least occasionally.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Must be located in a country where the relevant AI assistant is available.
