Applied AI/ML Engineer (Contract) About Eternal Bridge Eternal Bridge is developing the intelligence backbone for discovery. We are creating an enterprise intelligence platform designed to help organizations better understand their customers, identify valuable patterns across existing relationships, and discover new opportunities through predictive intelligence. Our initial focus includes luxury, beauty, airlines, hospitality, financial services, and other relationship-driven industries. An initial interactive prototype and engineering foundation are already in place. Our priority is expanding the platform’s capabilities and preparing it for enterprise use. The opportunity We are seeking an experienced applied AI/ML specialist to help advance our existing platform - expanding customer profiling and intelligence capabilities and establishing predictive modeling that can be evaluated honestly and improved continuously. You will work on: - Predictive modeling and outcome forecasting - Customer segmentation and similarity search - Recommendation systems and ranking algorithms - Customer behavior analysis and pattern recognition - Model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement Initial priorities: expand customer profiling and intelligence capabilities; implement advanced similarity search and discovery functionality; establish and evaluate predictive modeling capabilities; help prepare the platform for secure enterprise testing. Who we are looking for Engineers who have successfully developed and deployed sophisticated machine learning systems, ideally in enterprise SaaS, recommendation systems, search infrastructure, or customer intelligence. Comfortable working independently, collaborating with other specialists, and translating complex concepts into practical, functional technology. We value demonstrated technical ability, curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful engineering. Engagement Initial project-based collaboration with experienced independent developers and small technical teams, with potential for ongoing involvement or full-time opportunities as Eternal Bridge grows. Project scope, timelines, and engagement terms will be discussed individually.
