Executive Assistant (Remote, Creative)

LiveViral Media is a web and app development agency based in the Scottsdale area. We build websites and apps for businesses and run full-cycle marketing for them, and celebration of life and livestream production remain legacy services. We’re looking for a remote executive assistant, anywhere in the U.S., who is as comfortable in Canva or a video editor as in a calendar.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the owner’s calendar, inbox and follow-ups
• Schedule crew and confirm details with clients and venues
• Prepare estimates, confirmations and project records
• Create social posts, simple graphics, slideshows and short clips

You’ll fit if:

• You’re organized, warm, discreet and reliable
• You have strong writing and phone skills
• You have creative skills in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Premiere, photography or social media
• You’re comfortable with Google Workspace and new apps

Pay: starting at $45/hour, depending on the job, paid as soon as the job is done. Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S.; Arizona business hours preferred. Part-time and flexible. Independent contractor (1099).
