About the role

We are looking for early-career software engineers to join an AI training data project for a leading global technology company. You will review and write code-related tasks that help AI models learn to write better software.

What you will do

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, readability and bugs
• Write test cases and short solutions to programming problems
• Grade code responses against a clear rubric and explain your reasoning in writing
• Follow project guidelines and act on reviewer feedback

What we are looking for

• 0 to 2 years of professional coding experience (internships and freelance work count)
• Solid working knowledge of at least one of: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++ or Go
• Strong written English
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow written guidelines closely
• A reliable laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection

Pay and engagement

• USD 100/hour, paid per approved task. Each task has an average handling time, and your per-task rate is your hourly rate converted to that time.
• Independent contractor engagement, paid through the client’s contractor platform (Greenlight)
• Fully remote, flexible hours

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
