Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy team at our Bowen Hills branch.

About the Role

This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
• Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
• Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions
• Assist with stock management and inventory control
• Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
• Operate a forklift (we’ll help you obtain your licence and provide training)
• Maintain a safe, organised workspace in line with WHS standards

What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
• Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Please note the successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening) and a National Police Check.
