Job Description
Brand Ambassador & Office Manager
West London | £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus | unique working pattern offering approximately 12 weeks away from the workplace annually
We are working with a truly unique, creative and forward-thinking organisation to find a brilliant Brand Ambassador & Office Manager to join a beautiful Notting Hill location.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives on variety and has a real eye for detail. Combining front of house, operations, events, brand experience and administration, this is far more than your typical FOH and office management role!
Our client is a growing, design-led organisation with a strong emphasis on creativity, exceptional service and delivering memorable experiences. They are looking for someone warm, engaging, highly organised and full of initiative who can become the face of their business and play a pivotal role in its day-to-day running.
The role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, visitors and external partners, delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing enquiries, registrations, bookings and ongoing client communications.
- Working closely with senior leadership to provide operational and administrative support.
- Coordinating suppliers, contractors, facilities, budgets and general office requirements.
- Getting involved in exciting events, creative collaborations, seasonal installations and brand initiatives.
- Supporting finance processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent attention to detail across all areas.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a brilliant personality and genuinely enjoys building relationships with people.
- Comes from a premium client-facing environment, perhaps luxury hospitality, interiors, galleries, members’ clubs, events or a creative business.
- Has strong administrative and organisational experience and is comfortable juggling lots of different responsibilities.
- Is confident, resourceful and quick-thinking, with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Has a creative eye and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Is hands-on, adaptable and happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Brings warmth, energy, professionalism and a good sense of humour!
The opportunity:
- £40,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience, plus bonus.
- Permanent position based in Notting Hill.
- Extended annual leave (12 weeks)
- Beautiful, creative working environment.
- Friendly, collaborative and sociable team.
- Wellbeing support and regular team events.
- Opportunity to contribute to an ambitious, evolving organisation.
This would suit someone who loves being at the centre of things, takes real pride in what they do and wants to be part of something a little different.
*Please note that, due to the nature of the environment, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory reference checks.*
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
