Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Valuations and Modelling team , delivering valuations for accounting, tax, and commercial purposes. This includes business valuations, intangible assets, and complex securities like share options and warrants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead valuation projects from analysis to reporting
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Support business development and client proposals
- Define project scopes and budgets
- Build internal and external networks
Requirements:
- Strong valuation experience in a top-tier advisory firm
- Expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modelling
- Experience with PPA, IP, and complex securities valuations
- Team management experience
- Degree-qualified with CFA, ACA, CA, or ACCA (or working towards)
