We’re Looking for a Highly Experienced Software Engineer!

Home Offer 365 is a growing multi-state real estate investment company seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer & CRM Communications Systems Architect with 8+ years of professional software development experience.

We already operate multiple websites, CRM platforms, and communication systems. We need someone who can analyze our existing technology, troubleshoot complex problems, improve integrations, and develop secure, scalable solutions.

Our top priorities are Twilio, high-volume SMS and calling systems, telecommunications compliance, CRM architecture, and backend engineering.

We’re not looking for a basic website developer or CRM automation specialist. We need a proven technical expert who can independently solve complex problems.

Required Technical Experience

Full-Stack & Backend Development

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend engineering with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• REST APIs, microservices, databases, and custom CRM development.

Twilio, SMS & Voice Engineering

• Advanced Twilio Programmable Messaging and Voice API experience.
• High-volume SMS broadcasting, message routing, delivery tracking, and calling systems.
• SMS throughput, carrier rate limits, message queues, retries, and error handling.
• IVR, call routing, voicemail, and telecommunications integrations.
• RCS, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels are a plus.

Telecommunications Compliance & Privacy

• Practical knowledge of TCPA, FCC regulations, A2P 10DLC, and applicable state laws.
• SMS consent, opt-in/opt-out management, Do Not Call restrictions, and calling-hour controls.
• SMS frequency limits, carrier compliance, and suppression lists.
• Customer data privacy, security, access permissions, and audit trails.
• Experience implementing technical compliance safeguards in production systems.

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience.
• Docker, Kubernetes, message queues, and distributed systems.
• API integrations, webhooks, n8n, and advanced CRM automation.
• CI/CD, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.

Real estate investment or wholesaling CRM experience is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Technology Audit: Evaluate our CRM, websites, Twilio systems, backend infrastructure, and integrations.
• SMS & Voice Optimization: Improve messaging deliverability, calling reliability, throughput, and automation.
• Compliance & Security: Identify risks and implement technical safeguards for consent, privacy, calling restrictions, and carrier requirements.
• Full-Stack Development: Improve React applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and CRM functionality.
• System Architecture: Design reliable, scalable communication and automation systems.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve broken integrations, failed messages, system errors, and performance issues.
• Technical Leadership: Recommend proven solutions, reduce unnecessary development costs, and guide implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of proven software engineering experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Twilio SMS and Voice APIs.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications compliance and privacy.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-volume communication systems.
• Experience designing scalable CRM applications and backend infrastructure.
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and deliver working solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business leadership.
• Must demonstrate previous projects and provide professional references.
