About the role

We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented professionals from non-engineering backgrounds to help train AI models for a leading global technology company. No coding is required. You will judge how well AI answers questions and completes tasks, and explain what makes a response good or bad.

What you will do

• Read and rate AI responses for accuracy, reasoning, helpfulness and tone
• Compare responses and explain clearly in writing why one is better
• Check that responses follow detailed project guidelines
• Write example prompts and ideal answers when the task calls for it

What we are looking for

• A professional background in fields such as business, writing, research, education, finance or similar
• Excellent written English and strong reading comprehension
• Clear, logical thinking and the ability to follow detailed written guidelines
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• A reliable laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection

Pay and engagement

• USD 65/hour, paid per approved task. Each task has an average handling time, and your per-task rate is your hourly rate converted to that time.
• Independent contractor engagement, paid through the client’s contractor platform (Greenlight)
• Fully remote, flexible hours
