About the role

We are hiring experienced software engineers for an AI training data project with a leading global technology company. You will judge and improve AI-written code, and your feedback will directly shape how AI coding assistants behave.

What you will do

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, edge cases and security issues
• Write test cases and reference solutions for medium-difficulty problems
• Grade code and agent outputs against detailed rubrics, with clear written justifications
• Flag unclear guidelines and help keep quality consistent across the team

What we are looking for

• 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong skills in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++ or Go
• Experience with code review, testing and debugging in production codebases
• Strong written English
• A reliable laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection

Pay and engagement

• USD 100/hour, paid per approved task. Each task has an average handling time, and your per-task rate is your hourly rate converted to that time.
• Independent contractor engagement, paid through the client’s contractor platform (Greenlight)
• Fully remote, flexible hours
