Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role We are looking for a passionate, technically curious, and adaptable Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver web, mobile, and desktop applications under managerial guidance. We value strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for technology over formal qualifications or experience with specific frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications. - Build responsive, accessible, performant, and user-friendly interfaces. - Design UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. - Work with frontend and backend technologies, APIs, and databases. - Apply best practices in accessibility, SEO, security, and performance optimisation. - Understand client requirements and handle basic client communication. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to end-to-end project delivery under managerial guidance. - Use AI-assisted development tools and coding agents where appropriate. - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices. Skills & Requirements - Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts. - Good knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with modern application development, databases, and APIs. - Working knowledge of UI/UX principles, Figma, web accessibility, and SEO. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively. - Willingness to learn new technologies and use modern AI development tools. - Genuine enthusiasm for technology and building high-quality software. Qualifications & Experience No specific degree, diploma, certification, or prior professional experience is required. Self-taught developers, freshers, and experienced professionals are welcome. Expert-level knowledge is not expected. Candidates should possess sound technical fundamentals, broad technical awareness, and the ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively. We value practical competence, curiosity, and the ability to deliver over academic qualifications or years of experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
