Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Fx.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable business applications, automating business processes, integrating applications with enterprise systems, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency. Experience with Power Platform administration, security, solution deployment, API integration, and Dynamics 365 will be highly beneficial.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective low-code/no-code solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development, application development, or enterprise technology solutions, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, approval processes, and business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data management.
• Experience using Power Fx formulas for application logic, data manipulation, and application customization.
• Strong experience integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrating applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration and customization.
• Experience implementing application security, user permissions, role-based access, and data governance.
• Knowledge of Power Platform environments, solutions, environment variables, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Experience deploying and managing Power Platform solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, or other programming technologies for extending application functionality.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, data modeling, and data integration.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, optimizing, and maintaining Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, project managers, and cross-functional development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development activities in a remote work environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Pages.
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
