- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Learn and apply engineering best practices related to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, code quality, and secure software development.
- Contribute effectively within a fully remote team by communicating proactively, managing workload independently, and delivering on commitments with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Maintain a professional home-office environment with reliable internet connectivity and the ability to participate fully in virtual collaboration, meetings, and development activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts, source control systems such as Git, and Agile development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of web services, REST APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work through technical challenges and unfamiliar problems with persistence, resourcefulness, and a commitment to seeing issues through to resolution.
