On-Call Availability: Monday through Sunday 6:00AM-8:30PM

Job description:

CommTow LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time On-Call Customer Service to facilitate the release of vehicles from designated tow yards. This position operates remotely and requires the employee to remain available during the assigned on-call window to respond to vehicle release requests.

The employee is not required to actively work throughout the entire on-call period but must remain accessible and capable of responding to requests within the established one-hour response time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain available on-call Monday through Sunday from 6:00AM to 8:30PM.
• Respond to vehicle release requests within one hour of notification.
• Facilitate the release of vehicles from designated tow yards.
• Verify vehicle ownership, identification, authorization, and required documentation.
• Communicate with vehicle owners, authorized representatives, tow yard personnel, and dispatch.
• Provide customers with vehicle release instructions, applicable fees, and required procedures.
• Process vehicle release requests through company-approved software and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle releases and customer communications.
• Ensure all vehicle releases comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
• Ability to respond promptly to requests.
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.

On-Call Availability and Work from Home Requirements:

• The employee is expected to remain available during assigned on-call periods between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
• The employee is not required to actively perform work throughout the entire availability window but must remain accessible and capable of responding to vehicle release requests within one hour of notification.
• The employee must maintain reliable phone and internet access.
• Be available to travel to designated tow yards when vehicle releases require physical attendance.
• The employee must maintain flexibility to accommodate vehicle release requests during the assigned availability window.
