Customer Service and Scheduling Specialist

Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Scheduling Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team . Candidates must be willing to work a 6:00 am -2:00 pm or a 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm shift depending on the day.

This Customer Service and Scheduling Specialist opportunity is a remote opportunity on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls to assist with scheduling and granting software access
• Assisting with schedule changes as needed
• Communicating with healthcare providers
• Database management within an internal system
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Call center, scheduling, dispatch, and/or workforce coordination experience is ideal
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Suite
• Must have strong communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Must be able to work a 6:00 am -2:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm shift depending on the day
• May need to work some weekend shifts
