Agiloft Developer Lead

Work Mode: Onsite or Hybrid (4 days per week). Remote work will be considered as the last preference.

Experience 7–20 Years

We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer Lead to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Agiloft system configuration, workflow design, automation rules, scripting, and enterprise application integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and efficient contract management and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and governance across enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Build, customize, and maintain workflows, business rules, and automation logic within Agiloft.
• Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and document management systems.
• Configure Agiloft tables, fields, forms, knowledge bases, and user interfaces.
• Implement contract approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules.
• Develop automation scripts using Agiloft scripting and JavaScript.
• Manage REST API and SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform SQL querying, database management, and data modeling.
• Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, scripts, configurations, and integrations.
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
• Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations and solutions.
• Ensure enterprise security standards and role-based access control.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with the Agiloft CLM platform.
• 3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration, including Tables, Fields, Forms, and Knowledge Bases.
• Strong experience in workflow automation and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience with Agiloft configuration, including Tables, Rules, Actions, and UI design.
• Experience with Java / JavaScript for scripting and customization.
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with enterprise application integration.
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

Good to Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Agiloft configuration and customization.
• Experience designing workflows and business rules.
• Knowledge of Agiloft scripting and JavaScript automation.
• Experience with contract lifecycle processes, including contract drafting, approvals, and renewals.
• Experience with REST API / SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of SQL querying and data modeling.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning of workflows.
• Understanding of enterprise security and role-based access control.
• Experience integrating Agiloft with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.

This role is critical to driving digital transformation across contract and workflow management systems. As a Lead Agiloft Developer, you will help automate contract lifecycles, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and ensure faster turnaround of enterprise agreements.
