Application Engineer - Capital Software/Bangalore

Role: Application Engineer, Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and implementation of Siemens Capital Wire Harness solutions at customer sites.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Capital software usage, including design, simulation, and manufacturing workflows.
• Participate in customer training sessions and workshops to help customers leverage the full potential of Siemens Capital tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Siemens EDA Capital software and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wire harness design, and manufacturing processes (familiarity with automotive or aerospace sectors is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools or electrical design software (prior experience with Siemens Capital software is a bonus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
