To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking forpeople who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learnfrom our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challengeand take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, andwho can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.What You’ll Do Writes and creates software applications. Collaborate with thedevelopment team to design and build software applications. Performs analysis of requirements, creates technical specificationdocuments, writes, examines, and rectifies code. Suggests modifications orimprovements to the product based on user responses. Develops and maintains documentation or user manuals. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles issues/problems andrefers complex issues to higher-level staff. Work with Project Manager from kickoff through integration on obtainingcustomer project requirements. Take the lead in reviewing customer requirements and identify gaps incustomer needs versus product Features. Thoroughly document customer API connectivity requirements andimplement it. Strong skills in debugging, problem-solving, detail oriented, and thecapacity to function effectively as part of a team. Should be good in written & verbal communication skills, Confident,articulate, and professional speaking abilities. Good interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Ability to create, read, and understand complex mapping documents. Enhance technical skills through hands-on experience with the currenttech stack. Technical expertise in XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT, Java. Knowledge of Mapforce and Python would be added advantage.We’re Excited to Learn More About You 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience Strong understanding of the softwaredevelopment life cycle. Ability to create, read, and understand complex mapping documents. Enhance technical skills through hands-on experience with the currenttech stack. Technical expertise in XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT, Java. Knowledge of Mapforce and Python would be added advantage.When You Join Team Applied, You Can Expect:A culture that values who you are and recognizes that you aren’t just anemployee; you are a teammate, and you matter.
