Software Engineer (Flutter and C++)

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with 100% on-site work. The Software Engineer (Flutter and C++) will design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter for UI and C++ for performance-critical components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating APIs and back-end services, and ensuring smooth performance across devices and platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The engineer will also debug and resolve issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and stay current with best practices in mobile and embedded application development.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 4 years Location: Bangalore
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating system concepts.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts, APIs, and service integration.
• Practical experience with Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform UI development and C++ for performance-sensitive modules.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write unit tests, perform debugging, and optimize performance on constrained devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Experience in automotive, embedded systems, or HMI applications is an advantage.
