A leading design-led practice is looking for a confident, organised Project / Programme Management Associate to support high-profile, complex projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to support senior design teams on challenging, high-value projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the management of complex design projects
• Helping the team track risks, schedules, and project information
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Preparing notes, updates, and project documentation
• Providing proactive administrative and organisational support
• Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and project teams

What we’re looking for

• Around 3–5 years’ experience in project / programme management, design management, or a related role
• Background in architecture, engineering, BIM, or construction-related project delivery
• Strong Word, Excel, and email skills
• Confident, professional communication style
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Someone proactive, polished, and able to build rapport quickly

Nice to have

• Experience in a design or architectural environment
• Knowledge of the architectural / construction process
• PMI / PMQ or similar qualifications
