Job Description
Brand Manager, Holie’s UK
London (hybrid, South London base) £50,000 to £60,000 Full-time, permanentHolie’s makes cereals and bars with no added sugar. They started in Amsterdam in 2018, they’re growing fast across Europe, and now they’re building the brand in the UK.
You’ll report to the new UK Country Manager and run Holie’s marketing in the UK: content, events, creators, partnerships and PR.
Who you’ll work with
Holie’s is headquartered in Amsterdam, which is home to its in-house creative team, the Holie’s Circus, and the global marketing team. The brand’s creative direction is set there. Your job is to bring it to life in the UK: you’ll share what works for a UK audience, brief the creative team and make sure every campaign lands here. It’s a collaborative role between global and local, so it suits someone who loves bringing a strong brand to a new market more than someone who wants to set the creative vision themselves. You’ll travel to Amsterdam regularly.
What you’ll do
- Adapt global campaigns and content for the UK, working with the Amsterdam team to get them right for this market.
- Plan and run sampling, pop-ups, launches and in-store displays, from the plan to the day itself.
- Find and work with creators, including smaller ones most brands haven’t spotted yet. You’ll negotiate the deals, send product and develop ideas with them.
- Set up partnerships with brands and communities in food, fitness and music.
- Get Holie’s into press, podcasts and newsletters.
- Make sure every event and partnership also works on social, and know how digital moves people from hearing about Holie’s to buying it.
What we’re looking for
- Experience at challenger brands, ideally FMCG or food and drink.
- A track record of campaigns, events or partnerships you delivered yourself.
- Experience working with a central brand team or creative agency, and writing briefs that get great work back.
- Hands-on experience running events, activations or sampling.
- A background in social is a big plus. Lots of strong candidates for this role will have started there and moved into brand.
- You know what’s happening in London: the restaurants, clubs, run clubs and communities people care about.
- You’re very organised and care about details.
- You’re happy to get stuck in, whether that’s presenting a plan or setting up a stand.
What you get
- £50,000 to £60,000.
- Unlimited holiday.
- Free Holie’s breakfast and lunch, and weekly Holie’s workouts.
- Regular trips to the Amsterdam HQ.
- The chance to build the brand in the UK from day one, and grow with the team.
Interview process
The first round is in person in London with the UK Country Manager and the Head of People. The final round is in Amsterdam, where you’ll present a case study to the Country Manager, Creative Director and CMO.
