What you’ll do

• Prepare simulated negotiation scenarios and redlines using commercial agreements

• Assess AI-generated answers to contract fact patterns, noting what is sound, where legal risk remains, and what is wrong

• Score contract-review tasks against the evaluation framework and grading standards, applying them consistently

• Write concise feedback from your legal analysis to help improve accuracy and legal judgment
