AI companies need hospitality workers to test and correct their systems using real restaurant technology and payment operations. You develop realistic restaurant scenarios and write procedural materials, including numbered instructions, drawn from how restaurants take orders and collect payments. You inspect system behavior, assess transaction data and order flows, and give clear written and verbal feedback on usability, implementation, and troubleshooting issues. This is that work, done remotely around your schedule.

What you’ll do

• Use Toast POS to assess how restaurants enter orders and process payments

• Develop realistic restaurant scenarios and write procedural guides with numbered steps

• Assess system functionality, then describe usability and troubleshooting issues

• Tag and assess transaction data and menus for AI training
