We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI agents that automate enterprise business workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong software development skills, practical experience building LLM-powered agents, and expertise in API integrations, workflow orchestration, and RAG.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and orchestrate AI agents using prompts, tool calling, and workflow automation.

🔹 Implement RAG pipelines, document ingestion, embeddings, and grounded responses.

🔹 Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, authentication, and databases.

🔹 Build automated tests and evaluate agent performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.

🔹 Implement security controls, access permissions, audit trails, and human approval workflows.

🔹 Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI agents in production.

🔹 Collaborate with AI Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on programming experience in Python or TypeScript.

✅ Practical experience developing LLM-powered AI agents and tool-enabled workflows.

✅ Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management, and orchestration.

✅ Experience with RAG, REST APIs, OAuth, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD.

✅ Strong understanding of testing, debugging, security, and production support.

Good to Have:

⭐ Experience with HR workflows and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday.

⭐ Exposure to cloud services, agent orchestration frameworks, and AI evaluation and observability tools.
