Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and platform administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Domain Separation, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations. Experience working in managed services or multi-tenant environments is highly preferred.

The candidate should be capable of designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring data segregation and compliance across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in domain-separated and multi-tenant environments.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, Case Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Implement and maintain Domain Separation, ensuring proper data segregation, domain configuration, and security controls.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Build and automate complex workflows using Flow Designer, custom actions, and reusable sub-flows.
• Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other server-side and client-side components.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, plugin installations, maintenance, and impact analysis.
• Follow development best practices, including scoped application development, update set management, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, integration failures, and performance-related bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture.
• Experience working in managed services environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub-flows.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and platform configurations.
• Integration experience with REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, integration security, and error handling.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform performance, security, and development best practices.
• Experience with platform upgrades and plugin maintenance.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CSM, ITSM, or relevant specialization.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in upgrade planning and impact analysis.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
