Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer at ZT. online - Gestão Empresarial will lead the design and development of interior projects from concept through completion. This part-time, remote role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to define project goals, create design concepts, and present solutions that align with brand and functional requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, selecting finishes and FF&E, coordinating with architecture and construction teams, and producing detailed documentation to guide implementation. The Senior Interior Designer will review design standards, ensure quality and consistency across projects, and provide mentorship to junior designers as needed. The role also includes managing timelines, communicating project progress, and aligning design decisions with budget and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Interior Design and FF&E selection, with the ability to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetically aligned spaces.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, including optimization of layouts for usability, safety, and workflow efficiency.
• Solid understanding of Architecture principles and how they inform interior design decisions.
• Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings and other technical documentation to support project execution.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, preferably at a senior level, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with remote teams and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and best practices in sustainable and ergonomic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
