Job Description

We are looking for an organised person with good inter-personal skills that can support the work undertaken by our Business Support Manager and Lead Specialist Mentor. Tasks will include maintaining records, liaison with external organisations , ensuring our staff are up to date with training and keeping an oversight of Health and Safety practices. Please see full Person Specification and Job Description within the advert.
You will generally work from home but will be required to attend our centres in Camp Hill most weeks. There is an element of flexibility in the role but it is essential that you have good time keeping skills, work to deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
This post is offered at 42 weeks (school terms + 3 weeks) a year with an ACTUAL salary of £21,087 based on a 35 hour working week. Actual hours and working pattern can be agreed at the interview. All working patterns will be considered.

You may have worked in a school, social care or other administrative or organisational role; we are open to all applications. If you would like to know more please contact Keeley Lowry (Business Support Manager) on 07517 154864 or Matthew Pike (Lead Specialist Mentor) on 07858 761284.
Closing date for applications is 0900 on Monday 23rd November. Shortlisting will take place that day and we plan to interview on Thursday 26th November. The interview process will enable you to see our settings, meet some staff and young people, and share your experience, skills and ideas.
