Executive Personal Assistant – Wolf the Jeweler

Wolf the Jeweler is seeking a motivated, creative, highly organized, and responsive Executive Personal Assistant to support daily business operations, content creation, customer communication, and brand growth.

This role requires someone who can communicate naturally and professionally, manage social media interactions, and provide reliable day-to-day support.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content, including Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories.
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase jewelry, products, and the brand.
• Monitor and respond to Instagram DMs promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customers using genuine, personalized, human-written messages. Automated responses, copy-and-paste replies, and robotic-sounding messages are not acceptable.
• Engage with potential customers and help turn inquiries into sales.
• Maintain a professional and consistent online brand presence.
• Provide administrative and executive support as needed.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and creative marketing strategies.

Important Communication Requirements:

• Must be reachable and responsive during agreed-upon working hours.
• Must answer phone calls when I call. Being available and willing to communicate directly is a requirement of this position.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Must take initiative, follow instructions, and communicate clearly without needing constant reminders.

• Experienced with Instagram and social media content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Please Note: I am looking for a real person who takes pride in their work, thinks independently, and communicates like a human being. I do not want someone who relies on AI-generated or automated messages to interact with customers. If I call you, I expect you to pick up or communicate promptly if you are unavailable. Responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
