Job Description

AI & Data Practice Leader (Life Sciences / Pharma)

Locations: Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune (Flexible, Hybrid (03 days in office per week)

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Leading the AI & Data Practice and large deliveries and AI transformations for largest Pharma and Life Sciences Giants of the world
  • Leading large teams and P&L
  • Develop and implement AI strategies in healthcare analytics to drive business growth.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives in pharma analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver life sciences solutions.
  • Provide delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in healthcare analytics.
  • Drive innovation through technology adoption in pharma analytics.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience in Pharma Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, AI Strategy, Data, Delivery Leadership, and Life Sciences.
  • Strong background in leading projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
