Jr. Graphic Designer

Do you find yourself saying things like,

“The spacing feels weird.”

“That font doesn’t match,”

or

“This logo could’ve been so much better.” a little too often?

Good. That’s a start.

Integra Magna is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer.

You’ll work on branding, packaging, campaigns, social media creatives, presentations, and visual systems alongside a team that cares deeply about good design and sharp ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in creating brand identities, packaging, social media creatives, presentations, marketing visuals, and more.
• Exploring concepts and turning ideas into polished visual designs.
• Adapt fast & learn through feedback, collaboration, and hands-on execution.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and creative workflows.
• Contribute ideas during creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in graphic or visual design.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual taste, not just trend-following.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite & similar design tools.
• Understanding of design fundamentals like typography, layout, colour, and composition.
• A portfolio that reflects creativity and design thinking.
• Someone proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Life at Integra Magna?

A remote setup, a bunch of creative minds, endless Slack conversations, random Google Meet discussions, and people turning scattered thoughts into interesting ideas.

You’ll work on real projects, collaborate with designers and creative minds, share ideas freely, and be part of actual client conversations. We believe good ideas can come from anywhere, and working remotely shouldn’t mean working in isolation.

Some days are super focused. Some turn into creative chaos. And some somehow become playlist debates instead of meetings.

We care way more about curiosity, taste, ambition, and good energy than perfect resumes.

So if aesthetics genuinely excite you, you notice details most people miss, and creative work feels less like “work” and more like something you naturally obsess over, you’ll probably feel at home here
