Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support an AI evaluation project involving the review and comparison of multiple chatbot responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications .
- Compare and evaluate multiple chatbot responses using defined guidelines.
- Support project planning, testing, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field .
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools .
- Experience with requirement gathering and process mapping .
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Must be based in the USA .
Project Scope
- Project-based engagement with a defined number of evaluation tasks.
- Each task involves comparing multiple chatbot outputs and providing a final assessment .
- Candidates must be available full-time for the duration of the 16-week engagement.
