Freelance Video Editor / Motion Designer / 3D Animator (Remote)

Quantumstrat is a B2B electronics trading company that also runs a creative studio division producing video and animation for US marketing agencies and brands. We’re expanding that division and building a bench of freelance editors and animators who produce work at a US-agency standard: fast, clean, on-brand, and ready to ship. You’ll work remotely on projects for our US clients — short-form social, YouTube, brand films, commercials, explainers, product animation and more.

We’re hiring for four tracks (apply to one or more):

• Video Editor — Premiere Pro (plus After Effects for titles/graphics). Short-form social (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), YouTube long-form, corporate, commercial and documentary-style edits. Strong pacing, sound design and color awareness.
• Motion Graphics / 2D Animator — After Effects. Explainers, kinetic typography, animated titles, logo stings, social ad variations, character/2D animation.
• 3D Animator — Blender or Cinema 4D (plus After Effects compositing). Product visualization, how-it-works animations, 3D motion for ads.
• Colorist / Finishing Editor — DaVinci Resolve. Color grading, conform, finishing, delivery specs for broadcast and digital.

What we need from you

• A portfolio that holds up next to US agency work — this is the main thing we judge on
• 3+ years of professional editing or animation experience (agency, studio or serious freelance)
• Expert in your primary tool: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender/Cinema 4D or DaVinci Resolve; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus
• Comfortable editing on a client’s system via remote/virtual machine when required
• Fast, stable internet and a capable workstation
• Good written and spoken English; clear, prompt communication
• Reliable availability with overlap to US business hours; occasional weekend turnarounds
• Experience with US clients or US-market content strongly preferred

• Project-based and hourly freelance work, fully remote
• Clear briefs, reference material and deadlines; revisions tracked in Frame.io or similar
• Consistent work for people who deliver — our best freelancers become long-term team members
