Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in DevOps

engineering, CI/CD pipeline development, deployment automation and platform engineering. The ideal candidate

will also bring experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), particularly in observability, monitoring, incident

management and production reliability.

Experience with Enterprise AI and Agentic AI workflows would be an added advantage. The role will help strengthen

our engineering foundations to support the broader AI adoption roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

  • Drive deployment automation, infrastructure optimisation and platform engineering initiatives.

  • Build and maintain reliable, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

  • Implement automated testing and streamline software delivery processes.

  • Establish monitoring, observability and alerting practices across production environments.

  • Support incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

  • Improve system availability, performance and overall production reliability.

  • Contribute to engineering foundations that support Enterprise AI and Agentic AI workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps Engineering and/or Platform Engineering.

  • Proven experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with automated testing and deployment automation.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers and orchestration.

  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.

Monitoring & Observability Tools

Experience with New Relic would be beneficial. However, experience with comparable platforms such as the

following will also be considered:

  • Datadog

  • Dynatrace

  • Prometheus

  • Grafana

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Enterprise AI adoption and AI engineering foundations.

  • Exposure to Agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automation.

  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise engineering environments.

  • Experience improving developer experience and engineering productivity.

Pay: ₹401,000.00 - ₹1,630,000.00 per year
