Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee comprehensive financial management of overseas subsidiaries, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow operations.
2. Lead overseas tax planning to ensure full compliance, with annual tax-saving target achievement rate ≥ 95%.
3. Build an international finance system and drive the localization, formulation, and implementation of overseas financial policies and procedures.
4. Manage annual audit processes and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred; 5+ years of financial management experience in multinational corporations.
2. Minimum 2 years of finance work experience in the UK; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency.
3. Deep knowledge of local accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS); proven track record of leading overseas finance projects.
4. Overseas education background preferred; experienced in cross-cultural business communication; open to overseas relocation or frequent travel.
