About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Generative AI Architect to accelerate AI transformation across Finance and Accounting workflows. This role combines enterprise architecture with hands-on development, building and deploying secure, scalable, production-ready AI/LLM solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead architecture for complex Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop production-ready Python services, retrieval pipelines, API integrations, and AI agent workflows .
• Build automated tests and AI evaluation frameworks covering groundedness, retrieval quality, and regression testing.
• Implement security controls, audit trails, human approvals, and safeguards for sensitive enterprise data.
• Support CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production reliability .
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise software engineering and solution architecture , with recent hands-on production development.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on Python development skills and experience with APIs, SQL, and enterprise data systems .
• Experience with AI evaluation, automated testing, failure analysis, and regression checks .
• Experience deploying cloud solutions using CI/CD, monitoring, access controls, and operational procedures .
• Preferred: Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , and Finance/Accounting workflows.
