The Opportunity

As a representative, your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling qualified appointments with our sales team.

You will NOT be responsible for closing sales or delivering video editing services.

We provide the services, conduct the sales calls, and manage client fulfillment. Your responsibility is to generate qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized outreach through email, direct message and other approved communication channels.
• Introduce prospective clients to our agency and its services.
• Schedule appointments with our sales team.
• Track outreach activity, conversations, and appointments.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Consistently pursue individual performance goals.

Compensation

We offer a performance-based commission structure that rewards successful client acquisition.

Earn 25% of the collected revenue for every client you originate who signs with our agency.

For example:

• $2,000 client contract = $500 commission
• $3,000 client contract = $750 commission
• $4,000 client contract = $1,000 commission
• $10,000 client contract = $2,500 commission

Career Advancement — Project Management

We believe our most dedicated and successful team members should have opportunities to grow alongside the company.

High-performing outreach representatives may be selected for training and advancement into client project management.

As a project manager, you would oversee the production process for assigned clients, coordinate with our editing team, maintain client communications, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to our quality standards.

Project managers may also continue acquiring new clients and earning additional sales commissions.

Advancement is based on performance, demonstrated management ability, training completion, and business needs. Promotion and recurring compensation are not guaranteed.
