Store Manager (Chinatown heytea lab)

Job Responsibilities：
1. Daily Operations: Fully responsible for the overall daily operations and cross-functional coordination, holding ultimate and singular accountability for the store’s business results and brand standards.

1. P&L Management & Business Objectives: Drive the achievement of annual and monthly sales and profit targets, deeply optimizing labor, material, and operational costs, bearing final and absolute responsibility for the store’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and financial performance.

2. Food Safety: Act as the primary legal and compliance officer on-site, ensuring 100% adherence to UK food safety legislation (Food Safety Act), HACCP, employment laws, and EHO standards, bearing full liability for any operational and compliance risks.

3. Team Development: Oversee the store’s strategic human resource planning, selection, and evaluation of the management team and crew, holding direct responsibility for labor productivity and team performance outcomes.

4. Inventory Management: Supervise the store’s comprehensive wastage control, inventory ordering strategies, and asset security, bearing final financial accountability for stock accuracy, material turnover, and asset protection results.

Qualifications：
1. Experience & P&L Management: 2+ years of store management experience in F&B or retail, with a proven track record of full P&L accountability and cost optimization.

1. Compliance & Certifications: Deep knowledge of UK Food Safety Act, holding a Food Hygiene Level 3/4 certificate with strong familiarity in local labor laws.

2. Operations & Inventory Control: Proficient in daily operational workflows, wastage reduction, and inventory management, using data to optimize labor scheduling and stock turnover.

3. Leadership & Team Building: Strong leadership skills in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating store management and crew to drive team productivity.

4. Communication & Competencies: Excellent professional English communication skills with ultimate accountability, high stress tolerance, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
