Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer (24 Years Experience) with strong expertise in the Frontend technologies like React.js, Redux.js, Typescript, and web technologies.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, contribute to architectural decisions, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Frontend services
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Contribute to improving engineering standards and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Python.
- Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management)
- Strong Frontend development experience using React.js and Redux.js, Type script.
- Knowledgeon backend development using Node.js and Express.js
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of databases (MongoDB or other SQL/NoSQL databases)
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
- Experience with authentication C authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of scalable system design principles
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms
