Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain data pipelines in AWS cloud environments.
2. Write, understand, and debug complex SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL scripts.
3. Build transformation logic using AWS Glue and PySpark for structured and semi-structured data processing.
4. Design, develop, and optimize solutions on Snowflake Data Warehouse.
5. Lead the design and implementation of data transformation workflows using DBT.
6. Debug, diagnose, and troubleshoot medium to complex production issues.
7. Develop solutions using AWS services such as Glue, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, and S3.
8. Build and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Python, PySpark, AWS APIs, and CI/CD processes.
9. Work with AWS services including Lambda functions, EC2 instances, IAM roles and policies, Secrets Manager, S3 lifecycle policies, Glacier, CodeCommit, and SNS.
10. Develop and maintain infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
11. Guide teams in building and migrating applications and services aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
12. Build and optimize AWS data architectures, pipelines, and datasets.
13. Implement automation and provisioning solutions on AWS.
14. Share AWS best practices and technical knowledge across teams.
15. Maintain comprehensive documentation for Snowflake and DBT configurations, processes, and enhancements.
16. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members through strong communication skills.
17. Participate in and contribute to at least 34 end-to-end implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Certification and/or AWS Developer Certification.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and cloud-based data engineering solutions.
