Role Description As a full-time Warehouse Assistant at NodeReal Inc., you will support the daily operations of our on-site warehouse in the London Area, United Kingdom. You will receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring items are accurately labeled, stored, and prepared for dispatch. You will assist with packing and preparing orders for delivery, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The role involves monitoring stock levels, performing regular inventory checks, and updating inventory records in line with company procedures. You will also support basic equipment handling, coordinate with internal teams on delivery schedules, and provide courteous, professional service to any visitors or partners interacting with the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills in Packing, with attention to accuracy, safety, and careful handling of goods.
• Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including stock checks, record keeping, and system updates.
• Basic to advanced Forklift Operation skills or willingness to obtain certification, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Customer Service skills to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, delivery partners, and other stakeholders.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
• Ability to lift and move packages in line with health and safety guidelines and stand for extended periods as required.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for using inventory systems and communication tools; additional familiarity with ERP or warehouse software is a plus.
