About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI company building next-generation enterprise AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI systems while working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications at scale.

• Develop robust backend systems and APIs that power AI products in production.

• Work with large-scale datasets to improve model performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Optimise model inference, latency, scalability, and infrastructure utilisation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into impactful AI solutions.

• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and modern AI infrastructure.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

• Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on consumer-facing products at scale.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or Generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern MLOps practices.

• Experience with vector databases and AI infrastructure tooling.
