We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer with deep programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in Agentic AI development. The candidate Must have language-agnostic and comfortable working across Python, Java, C#, or C++.

And will design and build scalable AI agent systems, integrate LLMs into production applications, and contribute to architecture decisions in a fast-paced engineering environment.

👉Key Responsibilities

-Design and develop AI agent-based systems and workflows using modern agent frameworks.

-Build scalable backend services and REST APIs.

-Apply strong OOP principles and design patterns in production code.

-Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

-Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

-Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments.

-Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision-making.

-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

👉Must-Have Requirements

-6–8 years of professional software development experience.

-Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or C++.

-Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

-Hands-on experience building REST APIs.

-Experience developing AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

-Experience building RAG systems.

-Proficiency with Docker.

-Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Ability to leverage AI coding tools effectively to boost productivity.
