Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale machine learning and AI-driven systems for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, machine learning, Generative AI, and cloud platforms , along with strong leadership capabilities to guide engineering teams and deliver production-ready solutions.

This role requires ownership of ML model development, data pipelines, MLOps, and scalable AI systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end machine learning solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and data processing frameworks .
• Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM-based applications (RAG, prompt engineering) .
• Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Deploy models using MLOps frameworks and cloud platforms .
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce best practices.
• Monitor models in production and implement continuous improvements.

• Python (advanced)

• Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)

Advanced AI / GenAI

• LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
• Prompt engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / Hugging Face

Data Engineering

• SQL
• Data preprocessing & feature engineering
• Handling large-scale datasets

Cloud & MLOps

• AWS / Azure / GCP
• MLflow / SageMaker / Azure ML
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker, Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
• Exposure to Databricks or big data platforms
• Experience building production AI/ML systems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
